Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an existing support as a support of a newly constructed fence, even if the existing support is rusted, deformed, etc. SOLUTION: In this renovation method for the existing fence equipped with the support 1 composed of hat-shaped steel etc., fence constituting members except the existing support 1 are removed from the existing support 1; after that, a support to be newly constructed is constructed by fitting a circular cross-section pipe 8 into the outside of the existing support 1 left in this way; and a fence body to be newly constructed is fixed to the newly constructed support via the joint fitting, so that the existing fence can be renovated into the newly constructed fence.
