Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing an ionic complex utilizable as a supporting salt or an additive for electrochemical devices such as a lithium cell, a lithium ion battery or an electric double layer capacitor, a polymerization catalyst for a polyolefin, etc., or a catalyst for organic synthesis. SOLUTION: The ionic complex of general formula (1) is synthesized. In the process, compounds of general formulas (2) and (3) are reacted with a halogen-containing compound of general formula (4) or (5) in the presence of a compound containing a group 1, 2, 13 or 14 element.
