Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular equipment capable of feeding adequate traveling air volume to heat radiation fins, and reducing the snow deposition on the heat radiation fins. SOLUTION: A power converter 2 to be cooled with traveling air A generated as a vehicle travels comprises a converter body 3 mounted on the vehicle, heat radiation fins 6 which are provided on the converter body 3 to radiate the heat generated by the converter body 3 outside, a control plate 7 which is provided on the heat radiation fins 6 while a vent 8 to take in the traveling air A into the heat radiation fins 6 is provided between the converter body 3 and the fins, and an air volume adjusting means to adjust the air volume of the traveling air A by opening/closing the vent 8 by the operation of the control plate 7.
