Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of which treatment is simple by surely, economically and accurately enabling transfer of an image giving layer, for example, a metal coating layer onto a printing sheet. SOLUTION: In order to transfer a coating material following an image from a carrier foil to the printing sheet, an adhesive coating material following the image is coated onto the printing sheet. Therefore in a coating mechanism 2, the carrier foil having a coating material following the image is passed through along the printing sheet pressing the carrier foil having the coating material following the image. Thus, the image is formed by sticking the coating material to a position of the adhesive. In order to improve function, simplify the apparatus and raise softness, an automatic adjusting bearing structure of a narrow foil roll of a transfer foil is preliminarily provided.
