Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inkjet recording paper which makes prevention of a feeding flaw compatible with excellent ink absorbency and also satisfies various prescribed properties of the inkjet recording paper and which exhibits excellent characteristics even in the case when recycled pulp of wastepaper is used for a paper base material in particular. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording paper has an undercoat layer and an ink accepting layer provided sequentially on at least one side of the paper base made from the pulp and it is subjected to calendering. The undercoat layer contains titanium dioxide, silica in the rate of 10-50 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the titanium dioxide, and an adhesive. The ink accepting layer contains silica of an average secondary particle diameter of 3-11 μm, the adhesive and a cationic ink fixative. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
