Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can form a design having excellent visibility without using a lot of coating colors and without spoiling the surrounding scenery, and to provide an object that is formed with the design using the method. SOLUTION: The method applies a colorant of the same or similar color to the object to be coated to form the design including a design component A and a design component B. The colorant contains a flat color pigment for the aspect ratio to exceed seven, and a pigment dispersant and a binder component. The colorant of the flat color pigment in all color pigments is 60 mass% or more. In the design component A, the colorant is applied in a single direction. In the design component B, the colorant is applied with an angle of -45 to 45 degrees with respect to the vertical direction to the above direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
