Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device for easily and surely opening a hole only on a shell, which is the device for opening a small hole on the shell on the air chamber side of a raw egg. SOLUTION: The device for opening a hole on a raw egg is for producing a boiled egg whose shell is to be easily peeled by attaching a small needle 2 to one end of the lump of ball-like rubber 1, opening a small hole only at the shell part of the egg by lightly pressing the part of the needle to the shell at the part of the air chamber of the raw egg, and releasing air from the hole when the air in the air chamber expands.
