Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce carbonic acid gas-containing jellies, without changing methods and devices for producing jellies. SOLUTION: The method comprises filling a plastic small package (1) with a fixed amount of a jelly produced by a usual method, preparing a packaged jelly (A) with an opening sealed with a film (1b), throwing a predetermined number of the packaged jellies into a cylindrical external bag (2) to be made cylindrical, supplying carbonic acid gas in the cylindrical exterior bag, sealing the mouth of the cylindrical external bag to seal the cylindrical bag, impregnating the jelly with the carbonic acid gas permeating through the small package in the sealed external bag.
