Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide strawberry confectionery capable of sustaining fresh strawberry flavor for a long period; and to provide strawberry jam and an edible dish usable for the strawberry confectionery. SOLUTION: The strawberry confectionery is obtained by storing the strawberry jam 7 preserved by heating whole or cut strawberry in the edible dish 1 made of a food material to enable the strawberry jam 7 to be eaten with the edible dish 1. The edible dish 1 has a partition 5 of a convex ridge raised from the bottom face 2 to the opened face, and the strawberry jam 7 is stored in a space 6 partitioned by the partition 5 to prevent the strawberry jam 7 from flowing out to the exterior of the edible dish when eating the confectionery.
