CHOKE COIL UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a choke coil unit that can be downsized by reducing the number of components through the composite of two kinds of choke coils for configuring a noise filter. SOLUTION: The single phase choke coil unit used for the noise filter provided to an electric path for connecting a power supply and a power converter for suppressing common mode noise is provided with two choke coils comprising magnetic body cores 8, 9 for forming a closed magnetic path and windings 10a1, 10a2, 10b1, 10b2 wound on a pair of magnetic legs of the magnetic body cores. The magnetic body cores are arranged side by side so that one magnetic leg of the one magnetic body core is adjacent to one magnetic leg of the other magnetic body core, the windings of the magnetic legs of each choke coil are wound in opposite directions to each other, and the windings of the magnetic legs of both the choke coils are wound in a combination of different phase; and two magnetic body blocks 14, 15 that magnetically couple the magnetic body cores of the two choke coils by leaving an air gap between both ends of the adjacent magnetic legs of the two choke coils.
