CEILING EMBEDDED TYPE HEAT EXCHANGE VENTILATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilator capable of constructing a ventilation system suitable for constant ventilation of a whole house. SOLUTION: In the heat exchange ventilator carrying out heat exchange between a supply air current and an exhaust air current, a plurality of indoor suction openings 15-17 are provided which are intakes for indoor air, one of the suction openings is attached with a grille facing a ceiling face, others communicate with room interiors by ducts, and a bypass passage 19 by-passing a primary passage 8 of a heat exchanger 6 is connected with a particular one of suction openings communicating with room interiors. By an electric damper 20 provided in its communication part, the bypass passage 19 can be closed and an exhaust passage portion continuous with the indoor suction opening 17 communicating with the primary passage 8 of the heat exchanger 6 can be opened, the bypass passage 19 can be opened and the exhaust passage portion communicating with the primary passage 8 of the heat exchanger 6 can be closed, or the bypass passage can be closed and the exhaust passage portion communicate with the primary passage 8 of the heat exchanger 6 can also be closed.
