Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel for maintaining excellent electric connection of a TFT being a switching element and a connection terminal, and also to provide a liquid crystal display, and a method of manufacturing the liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel having an AM substrate 31 and an opposite substrate 51 sandwiching a liquid crystal 62 includes: the TFT 29 being the switching element 31; and a flat film 14 so as to cover the TFT 29 on the AM substrate 31. In particular, a through hole 1 for enabling the TFT 29 to appear to the outside is provided on the flat film 14. In the through hole 1, a plurality of partial apertures 1a and 1b having different aperture sizes are constituted to be continued along a width direction of the flat film 14.
