Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device for simultaneously monitoring fluorescent signal from laterally-distributed area by optimizing the optical path, in order to achieve uniform irradiation and accurate detection. SOLUTION: This device is an optical equipment which comprises a means 1 of retaining a plane support 2 equipped with an assembly 3 of plural discrete areas, a light source 4 for irradiating a light containing at least one excitation frequency, a converter 5 for receiving a fluorescence signal 17 from the assembly of plural discrete areas, a field lens 6 for sending excitation light 16 from the light source to the assembly, while sending fluorescent signal from the assembly to the converter, an excitation lens arranged object 10 for sending excitation light from the light source to the field lens, and an imaging lens arranged object 12 for sending fluorescent signal from the field lens to the converter. The field lens forms excitation light which has an incident angle α greater than 0 degree for the plane support of the assembly, and imaging of the excitation light and the fluorescent signal is for image forming a fluorescence signal which is telecentric on the object side of the field lens.
