Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a transmitted light amount, device for measuring relative absorbance and its measurement method capable of measuring sensitively even a small amount of measurement samples. SOLUTION: The device for measuring relative absorption is characterized by including: the measurement cell 10 for accommodating a coloring processed measurement sample constituted with a transparent material; the light emission part 12 for irradiating the measurement sample accommodated in the measurement cell 10 with monochromatic light; the light receiving part 14 for measuring the light amount of transmitted light through the measurement sample accommodated in the measurement cell 10 of the monochromatic light with which the measurement sample is irradiated; and the relative absorbance calculation part 18 for calculating the relative absorbance from the light amount of the measurement sample measured by the light receiving part 14, and the light amount of the reference sample.
