Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a noise reducing plan for suppressing noise in a room requiring air conditioning within a regulation value, select a duct system affecting on noise the most, and extract an element being a factor for increasing noise among the duct systems to assist noise suppressing design. SOLUTION: Noise value calculation in a room requiring air conditioning and ventilation is performed with respect to each air conditioning and ventilation duct system in an inputted initial plan, and comparison calculation of adjacent elements is performed from the downstream side of the duct toward the upstream side for the air conditioning and ventilation duct system having the highest sound pressure level in a frequency in which a synthetic noise value exceeds a noise regulation value. A downstream side element when power level of the element on the downstream side is large is detected to replace the downstream side element with an element for enlarging cross sectional area of the duct by referring to required reduced sound pressure up to the room requiring air conditioning and ventilation which is obtained by calculating difference in sound pressure of sound pressure level and the noise regulation value of the air conditioning and ventilation duct system having the highest sound pressure level.
