Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing colloid containing superparamagnetic metal oxide coated with a polymer. SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing the colloid containing the superparamagnetic metal oxide coated with the polymer comprises (i) a step for giving an acidic solution containing a metal salt and a polymer, (ii) a step for cooling the solution obtained in the step (i), (iii) a step for neutralizing the solution obtained in the step (ii) by controlled addition of cooled solution of a base and (iv) a step for obtaining colloid of superparamagnetic metal oxide by heating the solution obtained in the step (iii).
