PAPER LOADING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve paper loading performance in relatively simple and low-cost constitution in a type in which a delivery roller is protruded over a movable surface of a delivery tray. SOLUTION: On a delivery port E2, a pair of delivery rollers 9 are provided to protrude in the paper delivery direction. On guide rails 30a and 30b for supporting a base member 57 to be vertically movable, a cam 81 is provided. On a back surface of an end fence 1a of the delivery tray 1 movable to pass the delivery port E2, a guide roller 80 to roll on the cam surface of the cam 81 is provided. The delivery tray 1 is provided on a base member 57 to be slidable in the paper delivery direction, and it is energized by a spring 54 toward the cam 81. In a case where the delivery tray 1 retracts from a receiving position of the delivery port E2 upward, the guide roller 80 goes over an inclination part 81b of the cam 81, so that the delivery tray 1 slides against energization force of the spring 54 in the paper delivery direction. Interference between the delivery tray 1 and the delivery roller pair 9 is thus avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
