Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load control device for a vehicle to facilitate analysis of abnormality of a load for the vehicle in using it for failure diagnosis of the load for the vehicle and a terminal device. SOLUTION: This load control device for the vehicle to practice forced driving of the load for the vehicle in accordance with input from an external tool demanding the forced driving of the load for the vehicle and to return a response for the input constitutes its characteristic feature of stopping the forced driving (step 14) in the case when an authorized condition to specify practical authorization of the forced driving is not established in the middle of the forced driving (step 13) and transmitting its non-established information to the external tool itself (step 16).
