Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer decorative sheet, by which a molded form excellent in weatherability, wear resistance and chemical resistance can be obtained inexpensively and no crack is made to develop at the curved surface part of the molded form, a surface protective decorative sheet and a molded form excellent in weatherability, wear resistance and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The transfer decorative sheet comprises a protective layer overlying on one side of a base material film with releasability, wherein the protective layer is formed by a process (1) for painting an aqueous active energy ray curing covering composition including an aqueous urethane resin and a polymerizable unsaturated bond-containing compound, and a process (2) for curing by irradiation with the active energy rays.
