Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern coated metal sheet excellent in design properties capable of imparting the sharp impression of a pattern without making the pattern too regular, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The pattern coated metal sheet is constituted by successively providing a ground coating film 4, a topcoating film 5 and a pattern coating film having a hue different from the hues of both of the ground coating film and the topcoating film at least on one side of a metal sheet to which substrate treatment is applied. The ground coating film covers the whole surface of the substrate treatment layer and the topcoating film covers a part of the ground coating film. The pattern coating film 6-1 on the ground coating film and the pattern coating film 6-2 on the topcoating film are respectively present on the ground coating film and the topcoating film in an island state.
