Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method forming a hydrophilized coating film excellent in adhesion without polishing an old isocyanate curing hydrophilized coating-film in particular. SOLUTION: The repairing method of a coating film is the repairing method of an old coating film that is coated a polyisocyanate curing-type acrylic resin paint containing a compound with a hydrolyzing silyl group on the material surface of a grass-fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), wherein a NH2-group containing alkoxy silane compound (N-β(aminoethyl)γ-aminopropyl tri-methoxy silane) is applied on the surface of the old coating film, and thereafter the polyisocyanate curing-type acrylic resin paint containing the compound with the hydrolyzing silyl group is applied.
