Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily finding out an image desired by a user from among a large number of images. SOLUTION: Control is performed so that correlation is given to images stored in a storage unit and the images are classified into an album, the newest date/time of editing is kept for each album as information on the newest album date/time, and an image indicating each album is displayed on a display region of a display unit 221 corresponding to the newest album date/time in image searching. By doing this, even if a number of images are stored, first, a desired album can be easily found out using the newest album date/time as a key, after that, this found album is selected, and thus, a user can easily find out a desired image.
