Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel of superior durability in which airtight space can be retained even if under a severe environment. SOLUTION: This panel is constituted of a translucent glass substrate 1, an organic EL element 10 which is installed at the glass substrate 1, and in which an organic layer 4 having at least a luminous layer is pinched by transparent electrode 2 and the rear face electrode 5, a sealing member 6 which is installed on the glass substrate 1 via an adhesive member 8 and which is positioned on the organic EL element 10, and a protecting member 9 which is installed so that it covers at least a part of the adhesive member 8 and which is contacted with the glass substrate 1 and the sealing member 6.
