PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device supporting creation work of a document necessary for application to various certification systems for allowing easy creation of the document. SOLUTION: This application work support device is provided with an input means 12 inputting operation information of a vehicle 1, a first database 13 accumulating the inputted operation information of the vehicle, an analysis means 14 analyzing the operation information in the first database 13, second databases 16 and 18 storing analyzed information, certification management means 21 and 22 selecting information necessary for application to the predetermined certification system from the information stored in the second databases 16 and 18 and managing it, and an output means 23 outputting the information managed by the certification management means 21 and 22 according to a format of the document necessary for application to the predetermined certification system.
