MEDICAL CARD HIGH FUNCTIONALIZATION SYSTEM BY BARCODE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICE PROVIDING METHOD USING HIGH FUNCTIONALIZATION CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical card high functionalization system capable of shortening a period for manufacturing a patient's registration card to be used when a trader different from a medical institution provides a member with an additional service linked with the medical institution and providing a high functional patent's registration card without cost, and to provide an additional service providing method. SOLUTION: A medical institution terminal 2 transmits a generation request for a barcode for discriminating between attribute information of the medical institution and member identification information to a management server 1. The management server 1 generates barcode information on the basis of at least the member identification information received from the medical institution terminal 2 and identification information of the medical information read from a storing part and transmits the barcode information to the medical institution terminal 2.
