Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control medium which is safe to eat, can be preserved stably at room temperature for a long term, and operates at a predetermined temperature. SOLUTION: The temperature control medium 10 is in a liquified state at the normal temperature and includes an emulsified liquid 11 which solidifies when cooled to a predetermined temperature and fuses and undergoes phase separation accompanied by a temperature rise. The emulsified liquid 11 is a lipid mixture containing water, fats and oils, and phospholipid.
