Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase both a strength and a seismic response control performance by preventing excessive stress from occurring at brace joining parts even if two types of braces with different characteristics are incorporated in a seismic response control frame. SOLUTION: The seismic response control brace 2 having a viscoelastic damper 5 is disposed on one of the diagonal lines of a framework frame 1, and the buckling arresting brace 3 formed of a steel material brace is disposed on the other. A hole 6 is formed at the center of the seismic response control brace 2 and the buckling arresting brace 3 is inserted into the hole 6 and these braces are crossed each other.
