Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a method for dry-crushing crude copper phthalocyanine together with a resin is highly effective but gives the needle-like primary particles of the pigment, a problem of reddish hue, and a problem of flowability/ink tightness, in a method for treating dry-crushed crude phthalocyanine with a solvent or a method for treating dry-crushed crude phthalocyanine in a printing ink varnish or printing ink solvent to directly produce the printing ink. SOLUTION: This method for producing a pigment composition is characterized by adding a resin, a solvent, and a pigment derivative having a specific structure to crude copper phthalocyanine and then dry-crushing the mixture at 60 to 180°C.
