SYSTEM OF PRODUCING FUEL FROM WASTE IN CEMENT MANUFACTURING FACILITY AND CEMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD USING SYSTEM OF PRODUCING FUEL FROM WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for producing fuel from waste in a cement manufacturing facility, capable of effectively utilizing calorific value of halogen-containing substances as a part of fuel for producing the cement without causing evil influences due to halogens such as chlorine and bromine contained in the halogen-containing substances, and to provide a method using the system and for producing cement. SOLUTION: The system comprises a heating medium-supplying line 11 connected with a preheater 2 for preheating cement materials or with a bypass means 4 so as to remove high temperature gas, a halogen-separating means 9 for directly contacting the high temperature gas with halogen-containing substances containing halogens to generate a burnable gas and residues, a halogen-recovering means 14 for recovering halogen from the high temperature gas containing the burnable gas discharged from the halogen-separating means 9, and a return line 17 for returning the high temperature gas after recovering halogen in the halogen-recovering means 14.
