COATING IMPLEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a cap used for a conventional writing instrument, preventing not only the rolling of a cap itself of course but also the rolling of a coating implement itself when a cap is attached to the main body considering portability and storage in a pencil case or the like, almost has a height of several mm, and therefore has the danger that for example even about 10 g of weak force will make them roll in these constructions, and that the prior art gains some preventive effect for rolling but produces a little uncertainty because the preventive effect of rolling is performed near the vertex of the protrusion or the point contact on the installation part. SOLUTION: A coating implement comprises: a writing section at the tip section of an axial main body; and a cap covering the writing section being attached in freely detachable manner, wherein the profile of the above axial main body is formed in a circle shape. Moreover, the coating implement is constituted so that the proximity of the insertion end to the axial main body of the above cap is made to be the almost same shape with the profile of the axial main body, other end portion is made to be almost quadrangle shape, and the inscribed circle diameter of this quadrangle is made almost the same diameter with that of the circumscribed circle near the insertion section.
