Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove residues of liquid crystal and even secretions from human bodies without causing an adverse effect on a resin film and a metal oxide film of an electrode when removing foreign materials by washing from lead terminals of a display panel on which the resin film (for example, polarizing film) is stuck. SOLUTION: A cleaner of lead terminals for washing the lead terminals 3 mounted on a terminal section 2 of the display panel 1 with a polarizing film (resin film) 5 stuck to a display section 4 of the display panel 1 comprises a nozzle 10 for jetting high-temperature steam toward the lead terminals 3 on the terminal section 2 and a shielding plate 20 installed between the terminal section 2 and the display section 4 for protecting the polarizing film 5 against the high-temperature steam.
