Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel apparatus which can achieve reduction of production costs through ensuring of sure bactericidal effects, and is eco-friendly by consideration for environmental conservation. SOLUTION: The operation panel apparatus 40 comprises with an operation face (surface of an insulating sheet 90) used for inputting operation in prescribed machines such as an image-forming device represented by a copier, a ticket-vending machine in a station, a theater, a film theater or the like, or a cash register which circulates money by card-input, wherein bactericidal means which directly sterilize the operation face (ultraviolet lamps 21 and 22 in first and second practice embodiments, and bactericidal liquid spraying means 23 in a third practice embodiment 3) are provided.
