Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance capable of easing shearing stress to be applied to a connection where each end of a linear conductor and an external wiring conductor are connected, in a wiring-type diaphragm of a flat speaker. SOLUTION: In the diaphragm for a flat speaker having a voice coil formed by laying the linear conductor on the surface of a base film, at least the ends of the linear conductor are not laid on the surface of the base film, and connections connecting the ends of the linear conductor and external wiring conductors are held on the surface of the base film.
