SERVER, ROUTER, AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute load distribution corresponding to a terminal for receiving a packet in a server provided with a load distribution function, a router, and the terminal. SOLUTION: When it is possible to receive multipath transfer data, the terminal 300x_1 designates multipath transfer to a data output request. When the data output request designates the multipath transfer, the server 200x transmits a packet for transfer of the requested data by adding multipath transfer control information to the packet. The router 100x executes the multipath transfer of the packet to which the multipath transfer control information is added, based on the multipath transfer control information.
