LOCATION SPECIFICATION SYSTEM OF MOVING VEHICLE USER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location specification system of a user using a moving vehicle, capable of certainly performing confirmation of safety in a school zone (a movement course) of a child or a care-needing person moving in a pickup vehicle. SOLUTION: This location specification system has: an IC card 11 recording personal information of the user 1 that is a management target; a facility for a protector 2; a facility for a manager 3; the pickup vehicle 4 transporting the user; a telephone line 50 for performing facsimile communication; an Internet electronic mail system 51 for performing transmission/reception of an electronic mail via the Internet; and a position surveying system 52 surveying a position of the pickup vehicle 4. The pickup vehicle 4 has: an IC card reader 41 capable of reading the IC card 11; a PC 42 having a plurality of communication functions; a GPS 43 having a communication function of a GPS system; and a navigation system 44 capable of performing course guidance.
