VEHICLE MANAGEMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract another similar vehicle regarding information including driving behaviors, to predict a fault and deterioration, based on information about failure and repair thereof, and to make it possible to advice before failure or its sign occurs, in relation to a vehicle management system. SOLUTION: A driving behavior information collection part 301 receives driving behavior information from a vehicle-mounted terminal. A similar vehicle determination part 308, from among vehicles belonging to a same vehicle classification, determines another vehicle bearing an approximate driving behavior information as a similar vehicle. A predicted failure determination part 310 compares failure occurrence frequencies for a similar vehicle group to predict failure in consideration of a recurrence interval.
