INSPECTION APPARATUS OF BIO-RELATED SUBSTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection apparatus capable of suppressing undesired temperature changes of bio-related substances. SOLUTION: The inspection apparatus includes an incubator 100 for adjusting the temperature of a mounted inspection container 101. The incubator 100 is constituted of an upper plate 111; side plates 112; and a container 113. The side plates 112 and the container 113 constitute an incubator main body for housing the inspection container 101, and the incubator main body and the upper plate 111 can be moved relative to each other. The upper plate 111 and the container 113 are each provided with a heater 116 an a heater 117 for temperature adjustment. The upper plate 111 has an observation window 118, an approximately circular opening part, to enable optical observation of a solid-phase carrier 102 with the inspection container 101 mounted to the incubator 100.
