Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect current with high precision in small-scale circuit when current is detected indirectly using a current mirror circuit. SOLUTION: In the current detecting circuit, a current mirror circuit CM2 for current detection includes an output current-side transistor Q6 supplying the output current and a transistor Q4 for current detection supplying the detecting current proportional to the output current. The current mirror circuit CM6 for compensation is connected with a current supply side of the current mirror circuit CM2 for current detection, so as to equal a collector voltage of the output current-side transistor Q6 to a collector voltage of the transistor Q4 for current detection.
