Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost for a housing and eliminate the need for adhesive in a fixed portion between the housing and a bearing sleeve. SOLUTION: The housing 7 is formed by injection molding into a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) as a crystalline resin a resin material into which a 2-30 vol% carbon nano tube as a conductive filler is incorporated.
