JOINT STRUCTURE OF BURIED STRUCTURE AND FLEXIBLE JOINT USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a buried structure capable of developing excellent water sealing function by a simple structure and a flexible joint suitable for forming the joint structure. SOLUTION: In this joint structure, two sewers 20a and 20b buried adjacent to each other are connected to each other through a flexible joint 10 installed between the opening ends of the sewers. The flexible joint 10 used is formed by forming an annular water sealing part 11 disposed at the outer peripheral side O end edge of an opening end with a pair of expandable and annular arm parts 15 extending from the opening end inner peripheral side I of the water sealing part 11 so as to be separated from each other in the connecting direction y of the sewers integrally with each other by using an elastic material. The water sealing part 11 comprises a hollow 12 extending in the circumferential direction z.
