WORK FOLDING BACK DEVICE AND WORK FOLDING BACK METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work folding back device and a work folding back method capable of efficiently performing the folding back operation a front cover, and eliminating inconsistency of the quality of products and the appearance. SOLUTION: The work folding back device 100 comprises a suction-opening mechanism 10, a nozzle 20, a knife folding mechanism 30, a holding bar 40, and a press mechanism 50. The suction-opening mechanism 10 sucks a lowest front cover 3 of a two-folded work 1, and opens the front cover 3. The nozzle 20 blows air to a space between the lowest front cover 3 of a work 1 and other portion, and the knife folding mechanism 30 folds the work 1 into two in an opposite state to the first two-folding state by pressing a fold part 2 of the opened work 1 from a back side. The holding bar 40 holds the opened work 1 from the upper part, and the press mechanism 50 provides a folding habit to the fold part 2 by applying the pressure to the two-folded work 1 in the opposite state.
