IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of performing stapling even for paper with a length in a paper delivery direction longer than a stapling base while satisfying requirement of miniaturization of the device. SOLUTION: The image formation device in which a scanner part is arranged at an upper part of the device, a paper cassette 33 is arranged at a lower part of the device and a printing part is arranged between the scanner part 2 and the paper cassette 33 is made to the following constitution. A paper post-treatment part 7 for performing paper post-treatment relative to the paper conveyed from a device body after completion of printing is arranged in a space C of the device body formed of the scanner part 2, the printing part and the paper cassette 33. A drive roller 75 is provided on a paper delivery roller part 74 for delivering the paper from the paper post-treatment part 7 to the paper delivery tray 8 and a first driven roller 76 and a second driven roller 77 making a pair with the drive roller 75 and selectively usable in delivery of the paper to the paper delivery tray 8 are provided.
