TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT AND TELEPHONE ADVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide telephone equipment and a telephone advice system which are capable of giving advice to a person himself or herself who has received a telephone, when necessary. SOLUTION: When a call comes to the telephone equipment (step S241:Y), recording of speech contents is started in the case that a reported telephone number is not registered in a telephone book (step S244:N), and auxiliary processing of giving adviser's advice at the time of the end of speech is executed (step S252) in the case that the person who has received the call is an aged person or the like requiring help (step S249:Y).
