Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator in which generation of diffracted light is suppressed to improve beam outputting and quality. SOLUTION: A laser oscillator 10 includes an output mirror 12, a rear mirror 14 and two concave mirrors 16 and 18, and these mirrors cooperate to form a laser beam profile 11. Beam waists 20 and 22 are formed, respectively between the output mirror 12 and the concave mirror 16, and between the concave mirror 18 and the rear mirror 14. Furthermore, the laser oscillator 10 includes first and second apertures 24 and 26 disposed, respectively approximately midway between the output mirror 12 and the beam waist 20, and midway between the beam waist 20 and the concave mirror 16. Moreover, third and fourth apertures 28 and 30 are disposed, respectively approximately midway between the concave mirror 18 and the beam waist 22, and midway between the beam waist 22 and the rear mirror 14.
