ORGANIC EL DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device, an image forming device, and an electronic equipment, prevented from the color unevenness occurring due to differences in the light-transmittance of light emitting layers. SOLUTION: The organic EL device 1 is equipped with a first electrode 141, an insulating membrane 149, a hole injection layer 140A connected to the first electrode 141 via the opening installed at the insulating membrane 149, and a light emitting layer 140B. The insulating membrane 149 interposed between the first electrode 141 and the hole injection layer 140A is composed of a first insulating layer 149A having nearly the same refractive index as that of the hole injection layer 140A, and a second insulating layer 149B. The second insulating layer 149B has a larger refractive index than that of the first insulating layer 149A in order to form a resonance structure together with the hole injection layer 140A and the first insulating layer 149A so that the light from the hole injection layer 140A which is transmitted through the insulating layer 149 and incident into the first electrode 141 will have equivalent photo-transmittance to that of the light directly incident to the first electrode 141 from the hole injection layer 140A.
