Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soldout detection system in a beverage dispenser capable of accurately detecting soldout even if ingredients of beverage are stored in a predetermined container such as a BIB. SOLUTION: The beverage dispenser 1 which feeds syrup by a fixed-volume type flow controller 8 driven by a rotor driving motor 10 is equipped with a control part 11 for controlling a voltage applied to the motor 10 based on a feed volume and a target value of the syrup obtained from the number of revolutions of the rotor driving motor 10. This control means implements a detection operation in which a correlation between the voltage applied to the motor 10 and the number of revolutions of the motor 10 is detected by applying a predetermined high voltage Vh and a low voltage Vl at the time of starting the rotor driving motor 10, and determines the soldout of the syrup based on the number of revolutions of the motor 10 during the detection operation.
