Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of treating latent heat load and sensible heat load of treated air such as led-in outside air and treating also latent heat load generated in a heat source air such as indoor air. SOLUTION: An outdoor unit 200 has a built-in heat pump circuit comprising a compressor 203, an expansion valve 205, a first heat exchanger 204 acting as a condenser and having a gas-liquid contact means to exchange heat between the heat source air (exhaust air) and a refrigerant, a second heat exchanger 206 acting as an evaporator and exchanging heat between treated air (outside air) and the refrigerant, and a third heat exchanger 207 exchanging sensible heat between treated air (outside air) before charged into the second heat exchanger 206, and treated air (outside air) after passing through the second heat exchanger 206.
