Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method 300 for determining the order of moving blades, a rotor assembly 11, and an apparatus 400. SOLUTION: The rotor assembly comprises a disk 42 having a plurality of circumferentially spaced blade root slots 104, and a plurality of blades 100. Each moving blade has a blade root part 108, a blade tip 110 and an intermediate blade part 106 between them, and disposed in a predetermined slot based on a moving blade map. The moving blade map is generated by a computer system 400configured to receive a geometric parameter measured value of each moving blade in a row of blades, to determine a shape factor for the row of blades using the geometric parameter measured value of each blade and to determine a sequence map of each moving blade using the shape factor for the row of blades.
