Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light projector, light-weighted, compact, portable, having high safety and good work efficiency, and coping with a different track width to be convenient to use. SOLUTION: This light projector 2 includes: an under carriage 6 having a plurality of wheels 4A, 4B placed on one rail 3A on the track 3; illuminating devices 10A, 10B fitted to the under carriage 6; a battery 21 electrically connected to the illuminating devices 10A, 10B and removably placed on the under carriage 6; an operating handle 22 provided on the under carriage 6 to operate the under carriage 6; and a brake device 30 provided on the operating handle 22 to always brake the wheel 4A and release the braking of the wheel 4A by the operation. The under carriage 6 is provided with a slide rail 40, the tip of which is drawn toward the other rails 3N, 3W to be locked according to the width 3A -3N, 3W of the track.
