In the system, a combustion discharge gas 39 discharged from the waste heat boiler 16 is introduced into the facilities 50 for protected horticulture and CO2concentration in the facilities 50 for protected horticulture is preferably detected and combustion discharge gas introduction amount is controlled based on the detected CO2concentration.
